When we first entered Asador we were greeted by the lovely Marta. She made us feel right at home and insisted on taken our jackets. (Already feeling a little special) When asked where the name came from she informed me ASADOR is a Spanish word that means 'Grill' or to cook over fire. At ASADOR they celebrate the relationship of food and fire, cooking the best of Irish Meats and Sea Food over their bespoke 7 foot 'ASADOR' or Barbecue, They invited me into the kitchen to get some behind the scene footage which I was extremely grateful for. The kitchen was spotless, I was dying to get my hands dirty and start cooking myself, as Ive recently bought a BBQ and when I seen this one I wont lie I was quite jealous. Judging by the exterior and the taken of the coat I expected it to be very expensive. But in fact it wasn't I thought it was very fairly priced

So for starters we got the CHICKEN WINGS and the CHARRED KING OYSTER MUSHROOM. I'm a Big fan of chicken wings and tend to go for BBQ sauce over hot sauce these chicken wings had there own in house sauce which the taste almost resembles the picture very smokey.

I wasn't sure if it was a mixture how they were cooked and the sauce but if you like smokey wings you will love these. Robert ( Team Member ) Had the mushrooms and was very impressed said there was a lot of flavor and they were some of the nicest he had tasted.

The MAIN's my god where do I start the reason we contacted and wanted to try out Asador was because of this picture on their Instagram.

I know right? tell me you wouldn't do the same. Normally we find that a lot of places their presentation isn't near as good as they show on social media well that's not the case here at all I mean look at this... This was taken on a mobile phone

They would make it easy for anyone to take great photos right? (No disrespect to the marketing team of course) But all jokes aside guys it looks as good as it tastes. With Sunday roast I always need a sauce weather it be white sauce gravy or even just brown I always need it. Not here not at Asador I dont know how they do it but its flavor packed! The Sunday roast insists of RUMP HEART, ROAST GARLIC, CREAMED SPINACH, BONE MARROW, YORKSHIRE PUDDING, HONEY & THYME ROASTED CARROTS, DUCK FAT ROASTED POTATOES. HOMEMADE HORSERADISH CREAM. Like even just reading that over doesn't it sound delicious this is what the plate looked like afterwards.

The place is stunning really nice decor and real relaxing all the staff were super friendly and very professional Marta went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed Daniel Advised us on the best cocktails and we never had a empty glass and Zoltan (The chef) was extremely patient when I was taken the shots in the kitchen and is clearly fantastic as his job!

I recommend everyone give this place a shot especially for the Sunday Roast the atmosphere the flavorful food the drinks the staff everything screams premium if you want a relaxed Sunday this is the place to be. Thanks for having us guys it was a pleasure and I cannot wait to come back.
